Shipping and payment

Standard shipping

1. We deliver within Germany from an order value of 40€ free of shipping costs by standard shipping. Express delivery generally incurs shipping costs. These costs are listed separately
2. The Delivery of the goods takes pace 3-5 working days after sending the shipping confirmation.
   The delivery time only applies to goods that are marked as „available“ on our website at the time of ordering.
   If an ordered product is still not available, we will inform you immediately. Your legal claims remain unaffected
3. Changes to the order and shipping information (e.g. delivery address) can no longer be made once the goods have been dispatched
4. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by you. Please always ensure that your details are correct.
5. If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the ordered goods shall pass to you when the goods are handed over to you or if you are in default of acceptance.
6. If you are an entrepreneur, the transfer of risk shall take place as soon as we have delivered the ordered goods to the forwarding agent, the carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment.
7. Self-collection is possible Monday to Friday between 10 am and 4 pm, or by agreement. After payment via PayPal you are welcome to collect your good from our premises at Schanzenstraße 38, 51063 Cologne n presentation of the invoice or confirmation of payment. Please refrain from payments for the goods on site.
   
   We can’t accept cash or card payments on site!
   
   

Costs for standard shipping to Great Britain, Italy, France and Spain

Shipping costs from a minimum order value of 100€ will be covered by us until 31.12.2024.

Costs for standard shipping outside of Germany

Express delivery

If payment is received by 3 p.m. (Mon.-Thurs.), delivery will be made the next day.

The following shipping costs apply for express deliveries to these countries:

Express delivery with Saturday delivery within Germany

In addition to the prices listed above, there is the option of Saturday delivery. DHL Express will charge us 30€ for service. We will pass these charges on to you.

Default of acceptance

If the costumer is in default with the acceptance of the properly offered service or goods or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, we shall e entitled to withdraw from the contract after the expiry of a reasonable grace period, including to demand compensation for any additional expenses. We reserve the right to assert further claims. If the conditions are met, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item shall pass to the costumer at the point in time at which the customer is in default of acceptance or debtor's delay.

Terms of payment

1. All prices are final prices; they include VAT and all other duties and taxes. For deliveries or invoicing to other countries (non-EU countries, e.g. Switzerland), the prices displayed in the store are net prices. A refund of VAT is not possible. Any import duties must be paid by you in your country.
