Strictly according to our motto "Simple. Safe." we rely on a prepaid system for our mobile cameras: As a new customer, you receive a starting credit of 100 image transmissions when you register your first SECACAM, so you can get started right away. When the credit runs out, you can easily purchase additional image packages via your user account in the Control Center or the app. This gives you full control over the use of your SECACAM mobile.

Up-to-date network standard

Thanks to a 4G module, the camera transmits over the LTE network, making it much faster than wildlife cameras that only support lower network standards.

Of course, the camera is also backward compatible and can automatically log into lower networks if there is no 4G network at the installation site.

The chip enables intelligent image compression, which allows for small file sizes when sending images, yet a high resolution of 1920x1440 pixels. This gives you the ability to see any detail without using more storage space.

Clever designed case

Thanks to the convenient flip-up compartment, you have the ability to make adjustments to your camera or change batteries without removing it from its mount. For easy operation at night, the 5000 Explorer is also equipped with illuminated menu buttons.

Proven design: Incredibly flexible mounting

The 5000 Explorer can be mounted in a variety of ways thanks to the numerous mounting options on the back. Included is the handy mounting strap that makes it easy to place the camera on trees or downspouts, for example.

The SECACAM can also be hung from a simple nail thanks to the corresponding device. For even more flexibility, a tripod with ordinary ¼ inch screw can be attached to the top or bottom of the camera. Also for a cable lock is a corresponding device available, so you can protect your camera additionally against theft. Through another eyelet, the camera can be locked with a padlock, so that the access to the camera is denied.

Super-fast response and recording time

With a response time of just 400 milliseconds, the SECACAM 5000 Explorer responds at lightning speed to any people or animals that cross its infrared sensor. In addition, the camera is able to record serial images incredibly fast via a special mode. So you won't miss a thing.

That's why you'll find a detailed, German-language user manual in the scope of delivery of the SECACAM Explorer, in which you can learn everything you need to know about functions, settings and possible uses. Compact and handy

The SECACAM 5000 Explorer is approximately 44% smaller than the Pro Plus. This makes it easier to hide and camouflage. Still, there is no need to lower your expectations: The 5000 Explorer has the same 2.5'' color screen, as well as the large backlit buttons, making it easy to operate even at night and with gloves on.

Scope of delivery

The SECACAM 5000 Explorer includes a 4G antenna, an integrated SECACAM SIM card, an 8 GB memory card already inserted and 8 quality batteries inserted. So you can get started right away. Also included is a handy mounting strap, an USB cable to connect to your computer or notebook, as well as a user manual and a quick start guide.
